Privacy Policy

The short version: Liftcraft has no accounts, no servers that receive your data, no analytics and no advertising. Your workouts stay on your devices unless you choose to export or share them.

Who we are

Liftcraft is a strength-training app for iPhone and Apple Watch. In this policy, “we” means the developer of Liftcraft. You can reach us at privacy@liftcraft.fit.

Data you create in the app

Templates, programs, workouts, sets, weights, reps, body measurements, settings and preferences are stored on your iPhone. Some of this is shared with the Liftcraft widgets through a container on the same device, and with your paired Apple Watch over Apple's direct watch connection. None of it is sent to us.

Apple Health

If you turn on Health integration, Liftcraft asks for permission to:

  • read your body weight and height, to keep measurements in sync;
  • write workouts, active energy and body weight that you log in the app.

Health data is used only to provide these features. It is never used for advertising, never shared with third parties and never leaves your device through us. You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings › Health › Data Access.

AI insights

Premium AI insights and workout generation use Apple's on-device language model (Apple Intelligence). Your workout data is processed on your device and is not uploaded to us or to any third party by Liftcraft.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive your name, payment details or Apple Account information — only Apple's confirmation that a purchase is active.

Notifications and Siri

Rest-timer and weekly summary notifications are scheduled locally on your device. Siri and Shortcuts actions run on your device through Apple's frameworks.

What we don't do

  • We don't require an account or collect contact details.
  • We don't include analytics, crash-reporting or advertising software.
  • We don't track you across apps or websites, and we don't sell or share data.

Backups and sharing

If you export a backup or share a template, a file is created and sent wherever you choose (for example Files, AirDrop or Messages). Those files are under your control.

Deleting your data

Use Settings › Delete All Data in the app, or delete the app. Data written to Apple Health stays in Health until you remove it there.

Children

Liftcraft is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

This website

liftcraft.fit is a static site hosted on Cloudflare. We don't use cookies or analytics. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site; see Cloudflare's privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and, for material changes, mention it in the app's release notes.
