Agreement
By downloading or using Liftcraft (the “App”) you agree to these Terms. The App is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these Terms add to it. If they conflict, the Apple agreement applies.
Training and health
Liftcraft is a training log and planning tool. It does not provide medical advice. Suggestions such as weight increases or muscle-group reminders are based only on what you log and may not suit you. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training program, lift with proper technique and supervision, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. You train at your own risk.
Premium subscriptions and purchases
- Liftcraft Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Your content
Your workouts and other data belong to you and stay on your devices (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping backups.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the App, or use it in a way that breaks the law or Apple's terms.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features. Some features need specific hardware or iOS versions — for example, AI insights need a device that supports Apple Intelligence.
Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for injuries, damages or losses arising from your use of the App or reliance on its suggestions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. The date above shows the latest version.
